Founded in 1903, the law firm of Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP (RJ&L) is Colorado's oldest continuously operating legal partnership. The firm has headquarters in Denver, with offices in Colorado Springs, Cheyenne, and Casper. Among the ten largest law firms in Colorado, RJ&L has more than 70 attorneys serving clients in 24 practice areas.

During our relationship with the firm, Blue Ray Media has created two version of the firm's main site and two specialty sites for the firm, The Religious Liberty Archive and the Entran II Litigation Web site.

Our Solution
We developed a unique, user-friendly Web site that showcases the firm's distinguished history and diversity and builds on their other branding initiatives.

Much of the text and other content on the Web site is stored in databases, which makes the site easy to maintain. When an attorney leaves the firm, for example, that attorney can be removed from the database and is then automatically removed from throughout the Web site.

RJ&L also chose to develop an online marketing campaign with Blue Ray Media that helps drive prospective clients to the firm's Web site. Blue Ray Media also helps the firm manage and send a wide variety of legal newsletters to clients and other interested parties. We find that newsletters and articles posted on the a Web site are a great way for a law firm to demonstrate their expertise.

The Result
The new Web site is always up-to-date. Changes to attorneys, practice areas, and clients are made whenever they're needed.

The site makes it easy for visitors to learn about the firm, see how the firm can meet their needs, find an attorney and interact with RJ&L.

Blue Ray Media trained RJ&L personnel to make minor content changes themselves. The client leads they receive from their new site have increased dramatically and the firm has been able to attract new clients, attorneys and employees by communicating its distinguished history, diversity, and expertise on the site.
